Whether you’re completely new to Kung Fu and Chi Kung or have years of experience, you’re welcome to join us.
Training is adapted to the individual and focuses on steady progress rather than competition or performance.
No previous experience is required. Many students begin their journey with no martial arts or Chi Kung background at all.
Training can be adapted to different ages, abilities and personal goals. The emphasis is on progress, not perfection.
Whether you’re visiting Corfu for a week or staying for several months, you’re welcome to join a class and experience the training for yourself.
Everyone develops differently. The goal is not to keep up with others but to build a sustainable practice that supports long-term growth.
Many people begin training for health, fitness or curiosity. Over time, they discover that the real value lies in something deeper: showing up, week after week, and allowing the practice to shape them.
After all, if you don’t keep coming back, it’s not really Kung Fu.
Regular training helps improve mobility, posture, coordination and overall wellbeing. Small improvements accumulate over time, creating lasting benefits both inside and outside of class.
Training develops patience, confidence, discipline and self-awareness through steady and consistent practice. Progress is rarely dramatic, but those who continue to show up often discover how much they have changed.
Classes bring together people from different backgrounds who share a common interest in learning, growing and supporting one another. Many students arrive for the training and stay for the people.
Every student starts in the same place — by taking the first step.
Whether you’re interested in Chi Kung, Kung Fu or simply curious to experience something new, you’re welcome to join us.
Come and see if the practice speaks to you.
